Jamie Anderson is Adjunct Professor of Strategic Management at TiasNimbas Business School, Tilburg University, and formermy Senior Lecturer and member of the founding faculty at the European School of Management and Technology.
Jamie is recognised as one of the world’s leading researchers on the telecommunication industry in both developed and developing markets, and over the past decade has taught with and consulted for clients such as Bharti Airtel, Alcatel-Lucent, BT, Deutsche Telekom, Ericsson, Hutchison Essar (now Vodafone Essar), Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Telenor, Telekom Italia, Vodafone UK, and Zain (formerly MTC-Celtel). He is a recognised expert on the African telecoms sector, and has also gained deep insights on dynamics in the Indian mobile market.
In addition to his role at TiasNimbas Business School he lectures on a visiting basis at London Business School, IMD and the Indian School of Business. Jamie’s current research interests focus on business strategy in developing markets, customer orientation and strategic innovation. He has taught and consulted to Fortune 500 companies from around the world, and his articles have appeared in publications such as MIT Sloan Management Review, the European Journal of Innovation Management, Journal of Business Strategy, International Journal of Innovation & Technology Management and the Financial Times Handbook of Management.
